TaKeTiNa Mindfulness in Motion

Mindfulness in Motion... Back to Flow with Master TaKeTiNa facilitator Tania Bosak and Michael Kokinos

A 2 & 1/2 day residential, rhythmic meditation retreat in the rainforest of NNSW, 20 mins from Kyogle. Dormitory or camping accomodation available (bring your own tent), all meals are catered, delicious organic and locally sourced food where possible.

“TaKeTiNa is mindfulness in motion, where the body becomes the instrument, and guided rhythm journeys invite states of timelessness and deep rhythmic flow, creating an exhilarating inner silence as well as a wellspring of musical creativity” - Tania Bosak.

FLOW happens when you have a system that works and there is minimal resistance, followed by a deep sense of surrender. Things just happen…

By learning what it means to enter a state of flow you can increase your productivity, be more creative, and access states where timelessness, effortlessness, deep relaxation and optimal experience merge.

The process requires no musical or rhythm experience and is an extremely playful and joyous way of entering into the archetypal foundations of rhythms that exist in all music.

The process presents opportunities for spontaneity, self-observation, musical expression, reflection and time to rest.

This intensive format allows participants time to integrate the process as well as enter deeper states of inner expansion and self awareness, which continue to unfold for several months after a weekend workshop.
